As Chief Operating Officer of HOGAN, Mr. White oversees the operational activities of the company. Mr. White is focused on the continued development of protocols and employing new technological systems that will streamline information flow and increase the efficiency of HOGAN's team.

A former Frederick resident, Mr. White returned to Maryland to join HOGAN in 2007 as a land and commercial salesperson. Mr. White’s portfolio includes projects throughout many Maryland jurisdictions and is comprised of properties at all stages of entitlement, development and construction. Mr. White is also the project lead on several of the company's development projects.  

Mr. White began his real estate career as a property manager at Jerome H. Meyer & Co. in Chicago, Illinois. During his tenure in Chicago, Mr. White managed the operations, maintenance and building engineers that supported a portfolio of approximately 25 multifamily, mixed-use and commercial buildings which consisted of approximately 500 dwelling units as well as more than 100,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Primary geographic focus in Maryland: Frederick County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
