Mr. Lomangino brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to HOGAN. As Vice President, Construction, Mr. Lomangino will not only offer renovation and custom home construction services to clients, but he will also focus on brokerage services and land development.

Prior to joining HOGAN, Mr. Lomangino owned and operated his own custom building company where he built approximately 200 custom homes and renovated over 1,000 residences throughout Maryland. During this time, he specialized in historic restorations and renovated the first mill built in Maryland during the 1700’s, located in Ellicott City.
