As Controller, Mr. Sfakiyanudis oversees and assists with all corporate and project specific accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting functions.  Mr. Sfakiyanudis manages corporate tax strategy, coordinates and assists with preparation of year-end tax reporting, and conducts pro forma analysis, budgeting, and capital calls.  He is focused on creating and implementing plans to upgrade systems, standardize processes and enforce best practices within HOGAN. 

Prior to joining HOGAN, Mr. Sfakiyanudis spent 15 years working for Omega Properties/Sigma Engineering in Annapolis as a Property Manager as well as a Controller where he managed real estate portfolios.  During his tenure there, Mr. Sfakiyanudis was also in charge of all accounts payable and accounts receivable and was involved in the entitlement and marketing of portfolio properties.
 
Mr. Sfakiyanudis is a lifelong resident of Annapolis, graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC, and received a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Anne Arundel Community College in 2015.
